Orders are sold by Border Hardware Ltd trading as BH Safetywear and dispatched from Mansfield Road, Hawick, Scottish Borders, TD9 8AW. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on a working day on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day. This is a dispatch aim rather than a guaranteed delivery time.

United Kingdom delivery

• Orders up to £59.99: £7.00 standard delivery.
• Orders of £60 or more: free standard delivery.

Standard delivery is normally one working day after dispatch. Remote UK locations and exceptional carrier delays can take longer.

Tracking and delays

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact us at sales@bhsafetywear.co.uk or call 01450 370907.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, any additional delivery charge may need to be paid before we resend it.
